Send an Easter Card to a Yurok Elder

 

The Yurok Elders Nutrition Program would love to have Easter cards from you to distribute out to the elders along with their weekly meal delivery in April this year.  Easter is on 4/20. Please send them, hand made or store bought, but non-religious, here. Theyll distribute the cards on 4/16 so please try to get them there by 4/14.

You can send one or many, and you can send them all in one package. Just include whatever greeting you’d like and sign your first name and if you’d like the city and state you are in so the elders can see where all the nice cards are coming from! You can just address your envelope like this:

Also, if you are a teacher/scout troop leader or are involved with a group of children who would like to craft some Easter cards for the elders, please send as many as you’d like! Or if your kids or grandkids love to craft, bring out the arts & crafts supplies and help them make a card or two for an elder.

I will be doing this for every holiday this year so plan ahead if you’d like!
