OST Emergency Youth Shelter

The OST Emergency Youth Shelter provides temporary refuge for girls and boys ages 12 through 17. The shelter is a 10-bed home and the children stay from one to 30 days. They are placed in the shelter because they may have been abused, neglected, or have run away from difficult situations. The children are usually referred by social services agencies and typically come in with only the clothes they are wearing.
