OST Partnership for Housing, established to address the housing shortage on the reservation, is dedicated to alleviating adverse living conditions, particularly the overcrowding of homes, by assisting families to obtain affordable mortgages.
It offers many training courses in budgeting, finance/credit issues, the home ownership process, home maintenance, home ownership responsibilities, and gardening, canning and preserving food.
