This Indigenous Little Free Library on the Hoopa Reservation can use our book donations to provide Hupa, Yurok, and Karuk families of all ages with reading materials that highlight Native voices, traditions, history, and contemporary life. A wide range of non-native related children’s and adult books, fiction or nonfiction, are also welcome.
Donating is a simple way to give books a second life whether you’re a book club member ready to pass along recent reads or someone who prefers to purchase new or gently used titles from an online bookseller and ship them directly. USPS Media Mail offers a low-cost option for mailing books from home. Each contribution helps expand access to reading, learning, and representation within this Indigenous community.
Please let me know what you are sending so I can update the tally here. Thanks so much for your help!
