Hi Chris~
On behalf of the staff, clients and volunteers of the OST Emergency Youth Shelter Programs in Kyle and Pine Ridge we would like to thank you and the donors for their extreme generosity in helping us to provide Christmas gifts for our clients.
With the extreme cold, the winter coats were especially needed this winter. Many clients have no coats and we were thankful we were able to provide the coats and the extra amenities also that help to create a home environment.

Dear Friends of Pine Ridge Reservation,
Anpetu Was’te ki le (Good day to you).
We received all the donations you so kindly gave to the youth at both facilities in Kyle and Pine Ridge. The clients and staff all had a great time. This was a great way to end our summer and refresh and rejuvenate for the fall school year.
Many of our clients had never been camping or to a State Park and the joy and excitement on their faces was priceless!

Dear Chris and Friends
On behalf of the youth of Pine Ridge EYS programs, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all of you who contributed through 2011 and especially at Christmas to our youth in transition who unfortunately were unable to spend the holidays with their families and many who would not have received any gifts at all.
The gifts that were sent were distributed to 31 clients. All the clients on the list plus those that were placed at our facilities up until Christmas Eve all received presents. It was very heartwarming and heartbreaking to see the surprise and happiness at receiving a gift that was unexpected.
Our entire staff and clients send our heartfelt thanks and blessings to you all who have opened your hearts to us on Pine Ridge Reservation. May Tunkasila watch over you all and all that is dear to you.

Greetings Friends of Pine Ridge ~
A belated but grateful thank you to all of you from the OST Emergency Youth Shelter. The OST Vice President Tom Poor Bear attended our Christmas gathering and it was a very heartwarming event! The clients were very grateful for all you guys have done. And a big thanks to Chris for organizing this event!!
I hope you all received a thank you letter personally from us. We tried to respond to each donor individually besides here on the FoPRR website. My apologies if you were overlooked but again, many thanks!

We participated in the 11th Annual Crazy Horse Memorial Ride. We camped outside the reservation boundaries at Beaver Walls, NE. The many items donated by all of you made this activity possible and we are looking forward to many more trips thanks to your kindness! You are all in our prayers!!
