Good morning to all of our friends!
Little Singer Community School extends an overwhelming appreciation and thank you for all the bakery goods of cake, frosting and sprinkles that you sent – we used a set last night for Father/Daughter dance and will do so for our Mother/Son dance next week. The end of the school year birthday parties will use up the remaining and we want to thank you for all that you donated to the school.
Children come over to the office to say thank you, when they receive your donations – you have no idea how you are changing families with things that they could not do alone – which is learning to bake together and as a family decorate their cake to celebrate their child’s birthday and share with their classmates.
Thank you so much from Little Singer Community School!!!!

Hi Chris,
On behalf of the students and parents, staff and community I want to extend our appreciation to all the donations that your organization has made to our school.
We had our first Father/Daughter dance last night and we baked cakes for dessert – everyone enjoyed the occasion. It’s the small things that make the new events big and we want to thank you for all that you do for our students and community.
The teachers are also getting ready for the year end celebration of birthdays and we will be using up the remaining cake mixes and frostings. The decorations will also be used for that event. Next Tuesday, April 26 we are planning our Mother/Son dance and we will use the cake mixes too.
The pillows and pillow cases are going to be used for giving out to students again for the end of the school year educational field trip to the beach in California next month May 17-20, 2016. The parents are very appreciative of the things that their children are getting from your generous donations! The light jackets and shoes that came in earlier in the year really helped them too.
The school supplies are constantly a great help. Thank you for all that you are doing for a good cause – students, community and parents are definitely enjoying the things that they get from the school with your donations – WE truly appreciate it- THANK YOU!!!! We don’t know how else to say thank you, other than to write this thank you note – we hope that we meet someday. Thank you from Little Singer School.

Good afternoon Friends!
Thank you for all the baby things that you sent to our Baby FACE. I know there were blankets, socks, Pampers, car seats, Pack ‘n Plays and much needed baby clothes among the many donations. We have a parent educator who goes into homes of the families and we have a family circle once a month.
Families come and take baby items that are pre-packed for them. They are very happy about the items they received, they did a pot luck to show appreciation and we told them that donors from across the Nation are the ones that sent in items.
They express their utmost appreciation to what you are doing for them — a lot of times they do not have the money for Pampers and all of a sudden there is a box waiting for them with even wipes attached to it!
They are very appreciative of your donations and once again, thank you so much for the things that you have done for our families. May you all receive abundance of health in return for the goods that you are doing for others.
Thank you so much!
Love,

Hi Chris,
Thank you for the Easter decorations that came in for the children at Little Singer School. We bought some baskets and stuffed them with items that came in. We are getting ready for Spring Break and students are excited about going off to visit their relatives and they want to make them a small gift, so all the school supplies donations are coming in handy with their activity.
Also for the February Valentine things that came in – the children had classroom parties and each one had their own gift cards to send to each other and even took some home. A lot of times students made their own cards, in the past.
We really appreciate the activities that the children enjoy, and with your donations it is possible! The students visited senior citizens at our nearby Campus of Care and they shared hand made Easter item with them – they all shed tears with what others can do with children.
Again, thank you!!!!
Love,
Little Singer School

Dear Friends,
Winter is almost over but the the winds have picked up here in the high deserts of Northern Arizona. Our little school is doing well. Our children have been blessed with a lot of warm clothing and none of the children went without a jacket, hat, gloves, socks and shoes. Thank you to each and every one of you for the donation that you gave to our school.
Our elders also walked away with warm blankets, jackets, clothing, and of course the heaters. They brought their friends from the next community so we had a full house of community elders during our Christmas and New Year events here at our school. We divided up all the things that came in with elders marked on them. They appreciate all the things that were given to them, all the way to pencils.
One of our children’s home burned down right before Christmas break and a lot of the donations went to the family too. They also expressed their appreciation for all the kind things that everyone did for them.
Again we would like to thank you for all of the items that came for each of the holidays that the students enjoyed with cards, cakes, candies and school supplies. Towels and soap, shampoo and lotion are used every day by students. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the things that students and community members saw in forms of care and assistance from people they do not know.
On behalf of the parents of the students at Little Singer Community School, I extend my sincere gratitude of appreciation for all the warm jackets, socks and shoes that the students got this past winter.
Thank you for your love and support.

Dear Friends;
Thank you so much for the shoes, socks, underwear and jackets! The students were overcome with joy – they ran into the office saying “Is it still Christmas?” We gave out the clothes on Thursday, January 22, 2015 and yes there are about 27 students that have not received their clothes (they are either missing a jacket or shoes–so we’re almost done with all students). We told the students that not all the boxes have been delivered yet and we will contact them as soon as we get another shipment.
After Christmas break we got 4 students enrolled, so we will get them their set too, so that none of them are left out.
Yesterday we had a Congressional visit to the school and our highlight was the wonderful friends that have been pouring in supplies and donations to our children and they were amazed at how we have been blessed from people all over the nation.
They updated us with our future new school and it sounds like, we will be getting a new school within 2 years!!
Thank you so much for what you have done – I told the parents that they can send thank you letters too. But the energy of good thoughts that you all sent with the donations of books, Valentine materials, school supplies, jackets, shoes, clothes and candies, actually speaks to the children and parents. The children were saying that they learned to appreciate the small things because there is a bigger meaning behind it, which is care and love.
A lot of the children were wearing their jackets and shoes on Friday – I’ll see if someone took pictures so that we can send it to you. I want to close the thank you letter with blessings from all walks of life and for you to be protected in physical, emotional and spiritual being.
Respectfully;
Mrs. Shirley, Principal
