Thanks so much Chris! Your group of donors have generously donated to Rockyford! Lice is a part of everyday life for many families and as sad as that is to imagine, many families do not have the knowledge nor resources to eliminate the problem within their homes.

Now, with your generosity I am able to send shampoo home with the children, along with useful combs to help us combat the issue. Many children, both girls and boys, have never cut their hair due to their effort to remain traditional so a cleaning can take a great deal of time, and these combs help cut down on the time significantly!

Dear Friends of Pine Ridge Reservation,

Thank you for your generosity to the students at Rockyford. All the donations for the hygiene drive are being put to great use! Students who have cuts are able to take home antibiotic ointment home with them along with a box of bandaids, to help fight infection, and the LiceMD donations are fantastic because it has enabled us to help treat whole families, not just the child at school.

Your donations are being put together in care packages to go home with students to help at home as well as here at school and the kids love all the donations.

I’ll be here all summer for those students who need to use the showers or families that may need additional resources. Thank you so much for your support of the children and families of Rockyford!
