Dear Chris and Friends of Pine Ridge Reservation:
I want to take this time to “Thank-You” for all that you have done. Donations of paper, folders, pens, and all sorts of office supplies help enormously with the trainings and supplies needed to do advocacy.
Also, many thanks to all of you who have donated shoes and clothing. Through your generosity, when Oglala Lakota CASA advocates encounter children who are in need, we can now help them with what you have donated.
Thank you!

Dear Friends of Pine Ridge Reservation,
This goes out to all of you, a huge Wopila (Thank You) for the monetary donations, gifts for the children, supplies, clothing, coats and shoes! Oglala Lakota CASA Program is so very grateful for all each and every one of you has contributed. I want to share a very real situation with you.
The other day a mother of three came to the office. The children have been on our caseload although the mother is providing a very stable environment the children had been abused not in her home but in another home. She is a single parent struggling to make ends meet and had to come in for a court hearing. Upon interviewing her current situation she was explaining how there was no help from the father and how the children are growing, prospering and healing from the trauma they have suffered. Through your help these children each received a coat, shoes and gifts. They are so extremely happy and even more so, warm.
Also, I want to share that as our CASA training draws near many of you helped to send supplies for this training. This will be of such a help as we host this very important event.
Another thank you goes out to all of you who have contributed to the emergency clothing for the two boys who had none. Now they have warm clothing from head to feet!!
Finally, I cannot express the gratitude we owe to those of you who faithfully contribute cash donations. This is helping our program grow and succeed in providing much needed advocacy to the children who have suffered abuse and are in the system at no fault of their own. Please fill your hearts with our gratitude as you have and are helping with the tremendous need of the Oglala Lakota CASA Program and the children that we serve.
Wopila Tanka, (a big Thank You!)
