December 29, 2005 Dear Chris and Friends of Pine Ridge Reservation, We, here at Lakota Oyate Wakanyeja Owicakiyapi Inc. would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the Christmas gifts sent by our Friends of the Pine Ridge Reservation group. The time, energy and resources represented in your gifts are truly appreciated! As many of you know, our families experience daily survival challenges and often the Christmas season represents a time of great frustration for lack of resources. Your sharing has enabled many children to experience the spirit of Christmas!
