Painting Equipment for the Re-Member VolunteersFor the past several years, the Re-Member organization's main project has been the manufacture and placement of bunk beds in reservation homes and to date more than 2,500 bunk beds have been placed!In addition to this project, Re-Member is moving toward its ultimate goal of building new homes on Pine Ridge Reservation. In the meantime, its Wawokiye Project (groups helping people stand), enlists hundreds of Re-Member volunteers to clean and repair the homes of many elders and disabled people on the reservation. In order to do these repairs, many of which involve painting, Re-Member is in serious need of the painting supplies listed below. Please let me know if you can send any of these and I'll mark them as donated. Thanks so much for your support; together with Re-Member we can help the elders and disabled on Pine Ridge Reservation keep their homes habitable--something they are not easily able to accomplish on their own! If you require confirmation of delivery, please purchase delivery confirmation from the post office or use your shipping service's tracking system. Please do not use Styrofoam packing material. New large size trash bags serve well as padding and are reusable.
